The Incubation Phase (2014–2016): From CoinDrive to Enterprise Engineering
The foundational architecture of IdeaSoft originated between 2014 and 2016 from CoinDrive, an early collaborative financial management platform designed to streamline distributed asset tracking. Operating CoinDrive as an internal product highlighted a broader market demand for specialized financial technology engineering and complex software design.
In 2016, IdeaSoft officially launched as an independent technology company, establishing its first physical office. Engineering high-performance software solutions established IdeaSoft’s operational processes and laid the foundation for its subsequent expansion into international tech markets.
Global Expansion and Blockchain Integration (2017–2020)
Between 2017 and 2018, IdeaSoft strategically expanded its technical focus toward distributed ledger technologies and institutional software delivery. We established international partnerships with early blockchain pioneers, including Securitize for asset tokenization, Bittrex for cryptocurrency exchange infrastructure, Nexar for data-intensive environment, AgriEye for agricultural technology initiative, Neura, and the Corum Group.
As traditional financial institutions began evaluating enterprise blockchain frameworks between 2019 and 2020, IdeaSoft broadened its service offerings across FinTech, Centralized Finance (CeFi), and emerging Decentralized Finance (DeFi) architectures. Our company engineered complex software solutions for major global enterprises, including telecommunications provider Rogers Communications, automotive manufacturer Porsche, and financial group HSBC. Leveraging this enterprise software experience, IdeaSoft introduced financial technology architectures to international markets while scaling its proprietary DeFi engineering practices.
Ecosystem Scaling, M&A, and Venture Incubation (2021–2023)
In 2021, IdeaSoft transitioned from a boutique delivery firm to an integrated ecosystem player by joining the Sigma Software Group. This merger expanded IdeaSoft’s global reach and delivery capability. Concurrently, we established strategic incubation frameworks, co-founding SID Venture Partners to fund early-stage tech startups, and launching the IdeaSoft Career Booster platform to train and onboard specialized engineering talent.
IdeaSoft pursued strategic M&A growth in 2022 by acquiring Eventyr, a software engineering firm focused on interactive gaming technologies and metaverse infrastructure. This acquisition expanded IdeaSoft’s full-stack capacity into real-time rendering, gametech, and digital ownership applications. In the same year, IdeaSoft co-founded Orderly Network, a permissionless liquidity layer for decentralized exchanges, cementing its role as a core protocol architect. These technical achievements earned IdeaSoft recognition as one of Ukraine’s leading blockchain development companies.
By 2023, we further advanced our Web3 product expertise and ecosystem partnerships.
Sovereign Infrastructure and Autonomous Scaling (2024–2026+)
Entering its tenth anniversary phase, IdeaSoft exited the Sigma Software Group. We became the main technology partner of the ADI Foundation, contributing to the development of ADI ecosystem products.
