We are looking for a Blockchain Developer with experience in TON, Chainlink CCIP, and smart contract development.
In this role, you will join a strategic industry initiative aimed at integrating enterprise-grade oracle infrastructure into a decentralized ecosystem. You’ll work at the intersection of blockchain protocols and financial technology, helping enhance the network’s interoperability, reliability, and institutional readiness.
As part of a broader collaboration, you’ll contribute to shaping foundational frameworks for how decentralized applications coordinate and interact. This includes defining common standards, supporting long-term infrastructure governance, and ensuring the network evolves in a way that balances openness with security and performance.
The initiative is rooted in a shared commitment to open infrastructure as the foundation for the future of finance — prioritizing privacy, security, and interoperability to unlock new opportunities for both institutions and developers.
Requirements

Blockchain Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain technology. Experience with both EVM and Canton protocols is essential.

Chainlink Expertise: Deep understanding of the Chainlink protocol, especially CCIP. Previous work on integrating CCIP or auditing CCIP integrations is highly preferable.

Canton Smart Contract Development: Proficiency in DAML or a similar language.

Security: Deep understanding of blockchain security best practices to safeguard the integration and protect against potential vulnerabilities.

Domain Knowledge

Financial Services: Familiarity with the financial services industry, especially capital markets and trade finance, where Canton operates.

Regulatory Compliance: Awareness of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the financial sector to ensure the integration adheres to industry standards
Would be a plus
- Experience with Rust
- Experience writing smart contracts on the Solana blockchain
Responsibilities

Lead the integration of TON into the CCIP Directory, ensuring seamless compatibility and functionality within the Chainlink ecosystem.

Design and implement blockchain solutions using EVM-compatible smart contracts and the Canton protocol.

Develop and maintain smart contracts using DAML or similar languages, ensuring code quality, security, and efficiency.

Collaborate with ecosystem partners to define and contribute to shared technical standards and governance models.

Support the development of a scalable, secure, and institutional-grade infrastructure for decentralized applications.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial industry standards during solution design and implementation.

Identify and mitigate potential security risks related to blockchain integrations.

Propose innovative approaches for integrating Chainlink services (e.g., CCIP) with Canton and TON networks.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to smart contracts and system interoperability.
