Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a Business Analyst;
- Experience as a Business Analyst with creating and launching products (web and mobile apps) as mobile, or web apps in the financial domain, (budgeting apps, payment products, wallets, etc.) is mandatory;
- Experience with blockchain projects will be a plus
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies. Successful experience in the Scrum framework (will be a plus);
- Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation (English writing, diagrams, UML, BPMN). Examples are welcome;
- Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment;
- Excellent knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io (or similar). Good at prototyping;
- Strong attention to details, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product;
- Experience bringing a brand-new product to market — would be a plus. Understanding and ability to identify the customer needs;
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers and Stakeholders. Ability to clearly present solutions, and features with strong argumentation;
- Advanced level of English (written and verbal).
Responsibilities
- Drive one or more Scrum Teams as the Business Analyst/ PO;
- Creating the vision of feature development, and behavior of functionality, generating ideas for enhancements of the product and new feature development;
- Technical backlog preparation with developers, management of the issues’ lifecycle, taking part in iteration planning, and leading the elaboration of tasks;
- Collect, define, and translate business/product objectives into the technical requirements, and User Stories in the Backlog and distribute them to the Development Team;
- Create detailed and understandable requirements, and support functionality till production;
- Participate actively in company-wide process improvement initiatives.
