We’re on the lookout for a Junior HR Manager to join our team and help us create a positive and engaging work environment! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our HR processes—helping new employees feel welcome and smoothly adapt to the company, managing important HR documentation, organizing team events to strengthen our culture, and contributing to HR branding initiatives. Requirements

  • Previous experience at least 0.5 years in an HR role, a related position, or completion of IT HR courses.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs and HR tools.
  • HR Knowledge: Understanding of key HR processes, including onboarding, adaptation, documentation, and employee support.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Willingness to work within two corporate cultures
  • English Level: Intermediate

  • Google Docs & CRM Systems: Basic to competent user level.
  • HR Documentation: Ability to manage contracts and other employee-related paperwork.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Processes: Understand and manage key employee lifecycle stages.
  • Performance Review Coordination: Assist in gathering feedback and processing evaluations.
  • 1:1 Meetings & Employee Engagement: Participate in regular employee check-ins.
  • Event Organization: Assist in planning and executing internal and external events.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with ChatGPT, Figma, Miro, Trello, and Google Workspace.

  • Problem-Solving & Proactivity: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communication & Feedback Handling: Clear and structured communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

  • 1. HR Process Management
  • Handle the full HR cycle, including onboarding, adaptation, employee support, offboarding, and performance review processes.
  • Work with HR-related documents, ensuring proper preparation, updates, and storage.
  • Collaborate with teams and resolve operational HR issues.

  • 2. Internal Activities
  • Organize team events, celebrations, and internal initiatives.
  • Plan and execute an internal event calendar.
  • Contribute to corporate culture development projects.

  • 3. HR Brand Activities
  • Maintain the HR brand in the hosted team, including social media content planning and execution.
  • Support HR branding activities within the company and collaborate with PR & Marketing teams.
