Senior Project Manager (Blockchain)
Vacancy Description
We are working on several Web3 and blockchain products across the digital assets ecosystem, including L2 solutions, wallet infrastructure, stablecoin products, DeFi services, and other on-chain applications.
For a Senior Project Manager, the role would involve coordinating cross-functional teams working on technically complex products, aligning stakeholders, managing priorities and delivery timelines, and keeping communication clear between business and engineering teams.
The projects are dynamic and evolving, so the role requires someone comfortable working with changing priorities, multiple stakeholders, dependencies between teams, and products where security, scalability, reliability, and time-to-market are important.
Previous experience with Web3, blockchain, fintech, or other complex technology products would be especially relevant.
Requirements

Successful track record in project management across diverse domains

Solid experience in blockchain and web3 projects

Strong knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)

Solid experience working with metrics and reports

Experience with fixed-price projects

Expertise in defining project scope, managing scope changes, and ensuring delivery aligned with business objectives and customer expectations

Proactive risk identification and mitigation skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle

Proven experience in managing project budgets, including precise cost estimation, expense tracking, and adherence to financial constraints

Strong capability in financial planning and working with estimates in complex projects

English: Upper-Intermediate
Would be a plus
- Technical background (BA/QA/Dev, etc)
- Professional background in the financial sector with solid knowledge of processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
Responsibilities

5+ years of experience in Project Management

At least 1 year of experience with Blockchain projects

Oversee the entire product life cycle, from requirements gathering to product release

Define and ensure strict compliance with best practice development methodologies

Produce and maintain project documentation

Control project triangle (Budget, Scope, Timeline)

Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time while maintaining quality standards

Provide leadership and mentoring to project development teams

Participate actively in company-wide process improvement initiatives
