IdeaSoft is looking for a talented, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to become a member of our team that provides high-quality applications for our clients.
Our candidate should have good theoretical and practical QA skills and use them properly. As far as we work as a solid team, interpersonal and team collaboration skills are essential. Comprehensive subject area experience would be a great advantage
The team consists of dedicated professionals specializing in software development and consultancy services, experts who are focused on meeting customers’ and the company’s strategic goals by directly executing the full lifecycle from planning through design, implementation, testing, and go-live.
Requirements

5+ of commercial QA experience in Web and API testing;

Web3 Understanding;
-
Willing to work with complex high-end solutions;

Solid experience in Testing Documentation;

Experience in Requirements testing;
-
Proficiency in Estimation;
-
Practical experience in Brainstorms and Project Investigations;
-
Good knowledge of API testing;
-
Experience in Risk management;
-
Good spoken English level;
-
High Responsibility level.
Would be a plus
- Experience or understanding of AI and ML will be a huge advantage;
- Experience in building testing processes from scratch;
- Experience in Performance testing;
- Basic understanding of Security approaches;
- Experience in Metrics collection.
Responsibilities

Set up and follow best QA practices for innovative applications;

Perform different types of functional and non-functional testing;

Following deadlines and project schedules;

Collaborate with a dedicated team to envision, design, and launch new features to market;

Verify requirements from the initial stages of projects;

Assist team with risk management, estimation, and support activities;

Investigate and analyze complex product parts from the testing perspective;

Be ready for project challenges;

Conduct clear test documentation and status reporting.
