IT Legal Officer
Vacancy Description
Cover full-cycle legal tasks and requests within the responsibilities area. Senior-level knowledge and performance, ability to perform independently, work transparently, cover the current company’s legal needs, and suggest improvements.
Requirements

Higher education degree at law;
-
Proven track record and 5+ years of experience in a similar role;

Experience in IT company;
-
Areas of expertise: commercial and civil law, IP law;
-
English: Upper-Intermediate and above;
-
Detail-oriented.

- Ability to hold effective negotiations under high-stress situations (legal claims, etc.).
Responsibilities
As a member of the legal department team, you are expected to support the company’s business activities, including, but not limited to:

Registration and follow-up support of companies in various jurisdictions;

Drafting / reviewing all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents;

Legal support of the company's operations;

Legal support of investment, partnerships, joint ventures, and other business-related activities;

Advising on different IPand personal-data-related matters;

Assisting sales and other departments during the negotiation phase concerning contracts and their approval with clients / partners / suppliers;

Researching and evaluating different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations in various locations;

Leading and assisting with legal claims involving the company's debtors, collaborating with 3rd parties (collectors, external legal teams) when needed;

Working with similar legal tasks, as described above, for IdeaSoft's companies and hosted teams.
