Job Overview

Vacancy Description

We are looking for an experienced Developer Relations Lead with a proven track record in blockchain/Web3 ecosystems. This role will build our DevRel direction from zero, combining hands-on execution with strategic planning – from developer support to defining ecosystem programs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Developer Community Management.
  • Proven experience in blockchain/Web3 products (mandatory).
  • Strong technical background (blockchain protocols, smart contracts, APIs, SDKs), hands-on EVM stack.
  • Experience defining and tracking DevRel KPIs and success metrics.
  • Hands-on experience creating technical content and engaging developers directly.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ownership mindset.
  • Adaptability and creativity in engaging diverse developer audiences.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Would be a plus

  • Previous experience working as a software developer.
  • Active user of crypto products.

Responsibilities

  • Create technical content (documentation, tutorials, blogs, talks, demos) to educate and enable developers.
  • Act as the technical advocate, representing developers’ needs internally to product and engineering teams.
  • Provide hands-on developer support (Discord/GitHub), ensuring timely responses and clear escalation paths.
  • Track and analyze developer community engagement and adoption metrics.
  • Define and implement DevRel strategy aligned with product and company goals.
  • Build, engage, and grow the developer community around our blockchain ecosystem.
  • Organize and participate in events (hackathons, conferences, meetups) to represent the company.
