Requirements

  • Proven Revenue-Generation Expertise: Experience structuring and closing high-value deals, which directly translates to achieving sales targets and driving sustainable revenue.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Understanding complex financial models, ROI calculations, and client profitability analysis, essential for building compelling value propositions for B2B fintech clients.
  • High-Level Networking Skills: Long-standing relationships with corporate executives, private equity firms, and financial institutions, which can be leveraged to accelerate client acquisition and shorten the lead-to-client funnel.
  • Deep Corporate Connections: Extensive relationships with decision-makers across industries, enabling direct access to high-value clients and facilitating entry into influential networks.
  • Strategic Thinking: A track record of developing and executing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Market Expertise: A sophisticated understanding of financial technologies, regulatory environments, and global market dynamics, making them credible to US fintech clients.
  • Market Expansion: Experience in launching or scaling businesses in the US market, particularly in highly competitive or emerging industries.
  • Client Confidence: Credibility in handling large-scale corporate accounts and compliance-driven projects.
  • Client Retention: Building long-term relationships that consistently yield high customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Access to Key Players: Connections with large enterprises, institutional clients, and key fintech innovators that could result in strategic partnerships or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Result-Oriented Leadership: Proven ability to drive results in high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
  • Cross-Industry Versatility: Broad exposure to diverse industries and business models, equipping them to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions.
  • Innovative Thinking: The ability to identify untapped market opportunities, cross-sell potential, and operational efficiencies within the client’s ecosystem.
  • Negotiation Skills: Expertise in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and persuading top executives and boards of directors, critical for securing long-term contracts.

Would be a plus

  • Previous background in corporate lobbying, investment banking, or stock exchange operations and an extensive professional network within the US B2B, corporate fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Previous working experience in the Web3 sector.

Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to penetrate the US market and establish the company as a leader in the web3, corporate fintech, and B2B technology sectors.
  • Identify and acquire high-value clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and consistent revenue growth.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers within target industries.
  • Effectively manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Cross-Selling & Up-Selling Opportunities:

  • Leverage existing company project portfolio and solutions to create cross-selling opportunities within the client base and broader network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings that meet client-specific needs.

Networking & Partnership Development:

  • Utilize personal and professional networks to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and form strategic partnerships in the US market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to increase market presence and build trust within target sectors.

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align business development efforts with the company’s strategic objectives and vision.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success in client acquisition, revenue generation, and market share growth.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the management team on progress, challenges, and potential adjustments to the strategy.

Thought Leadership & Market Expertise:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure the company remains ahead of the competition.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing valuable insights and positioning the company as a thought leader in the space.
