We are looking for an experienced HR Manager based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai) to manage all HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. You will be responsible for employee contract coordination, onboarding, payroll coordination, including coordination with HR vendors, and other daily HR activities. This role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and proven experience in IT companies.
The HR Manager will serve as the main point of contact for all UAE-related HR matters , ensuring seamless employee experience, compliance with local labor laws, company’s policies,and effective cooperation with HR vendors. The mission is to build a transparent, compliant, and people-oriented HR function that supports the company’s growth in the region.
