Vacancy Description

We’re looking for a creative and data-driven SMM Specialist to join our team and take
full ownership of our social media presence across X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially Telegram.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes digital trends, knows how to speak the language of online communities, and can translate complex Web3 or tech topics into engaging stories.
You’ll be responsible for shaping our brand voice, growing our online audience, and building meaningful connections with both the Web3 and tech talent communities.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar SMM or digital marketing role within the IT industry.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Great copywriting and editing skills.

Strategic & Technical Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Discord, TikTok, Instagram) and their unique algorithms and audiences.
  • Ability to develop SMM strategies aligned with business goals: awareness, loyalty, community growth, and recruitment.
  • Understanding of the Web3 market — blockchain, DeFi, NFT, DAO, gamification, and community culture trends.
  • Experience managing a content funnel: from reach to engagement and conversion (lead, application, repost, community participation).
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging, and accessible content.

Content Creation:

  • Skilled in creating and managing diverse content types: Explainers (how technology works); Educational threads, microblogs, thought leadership posts; Memes and trend-based content that maintain brand tone and credibility; Employer branding content (culture, team photos, quotes, behind-the-scenes); Video and storytelling formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)
  • Ability to use AI tools for content (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Opus, Canva Magic Studio, etc.).

Community & Partnerships:

  • Proven experience in community management on Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to engage with ambassadors, partners, and influencers.
  • Experience organizing community activities: AMAs, meetups, giveaways, content challenges, etc.

Analytics & Performance:

  • Ability to define and track SMM KPIs and build performance dashboards (Notion, Google Data Studio, Google Forms).
  • Experience providing regular reports to C-Level and adjusting strategy based on data insights.

Soft Skills & Collaboration:

  • Independence — able to manage SMM as a “one-person department.”
  • Proactivity — a critical quality for this role.
  • Flexibility & quick reaction — understands Web3 dynamics and responds to trends fast.
  • Understanding of employer branding and platform-specific tone of voice.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — able to work closely with HR, recruiters, designers, marketing, and PR.
  • Comfortable reaching out to colleagues and stakeholders to co-create content.
  • Accountability for results — must be ready to own outcomes and drive impact.

Tools:

  • Content planning: Notion, Trello, etc.
  • Graphic & video editing: Figma, Canva, CapCut (basic level).
  • AI tools: ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.
  • Analytics: X Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, others.

Would be a plus

  • Experience or strong interest in Web3, crypto, blockchain, or fintech
  • Background in community-driven or startup environments

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy for our key channels:

  • Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy for our key channels
  • Instagram: showcase our team culture, projects, and achievements to strengthen our HR brand
  • X (Twitter): build awareness, share insights, and engage with the Web3 community
  • LinkedIn: communicate our expertise, case studies, and company updates to attract clients and partners (similar to X)
  • Telegram: grow and manage an active community around our brand and expertise
  • Research trends, formats, and best practices in Web3 and social media marketing
  • Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, visuals, short videos, memes, etc.) in collaboration with the design and marketing teams
  • Experiment with new approaches: test, analyze, and optimize content performance
  • Monitor analytics and community feedback to improve engagement and reach
  • Work closely with marketing and HR teams to align communication with company goals
