Junior/Middle DevOps Engineer
Vacancy Description
We are building a broad and ambitious blockchain ecosystem – spanning an L2 network, diverse wallet infrastructure, multiple stablecoin-focused products, and a range of complementary solutions. The platform landscape is growing rapidly, and the engineering challenges are real: high-availability systems, on-chain integrations, secure environments, and infrastructure that needs to scale alongside the products it supports.
Requirements

2+ years of professional DevOps or infrastructure experience.

Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred).

Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.

Practical Kubernetes experience: cluster usage, Helm charts, basic troubleshooting.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI (preferred), Argo CD, or similar tools.

Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Python) for automation and custom tooling.

Basic experience deploying or maintaining relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).

General understanding of networking concepts.

A genuine desire to learn, grow technically, and stay current with industry tools and practices.

Readiness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities evolve and new challenges arise regularly.

Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines.

Punctual, prepared, and dependable for meetings, handoffs, and releases.

English skills at least Upper-Intermediate.
Would be a plus
- Production-grade Kubernetes provisioning (EKS, GKE, AKS) and Operators.
- Experience with complex networking setups.
- Familiarity with cache systems (Redis, Memcached) or message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Consultative mindset: ability to connect business goals with technical decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Web3/Blockchain projects and related infrastructure.
- Exposure to security tooling and security processes.
Responsibilities

Explore and propose new tools, platforms, and best practices to improve delivery speed, reliability, and security.

Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) modules (Terraform, CloudFormation) for reproducible environments.

Support container orchestration (Kubernetes) and related tooling (Helm, ArgoCD).

Assist in defining and enforcing network, storage, and compute configurations to meet scalability and high-availability requirements.

Participate in setting up and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Coordinate with project managers, QA, security, and development leads to ensure cross-functional alignment.
