Orderly is a permissionless, decentralized exchange protocol and modular ecosystem built on the NEAR network. It currently uses a hybrid model with on-chain settlement and off-chain order book to provide a platform complete with a risk engine, matching engine, and shared asset pools for dApps to build on top of, with the intention of moving to a full on-chain mechanism.

Security Orderly has been audited by Halborn, award-winning ethical blockchain hackers.
The secondary audit is currently being conducted by CertiK.

The Solution can be integrated with different exchanges, lending, staking, borrowing platforms, and other trading services based on NEAR, but not exclusively those. The bridging mechanism will help you transfer and use liquidity cross-chain.
